A gem of an exhibition at City Hall. British artist Sara Shamsavari’s Iranian heritage perfectly sums up the diversity that is the essence of London and increasingly the rest of the UK. In her current work she explores the at times mixed feelings and connotations that the Union Jack embodies. Her message is one of empathy with her subjects, a desire to strengthen a feeling of unity in diversity and love as a driving force. Noble and inspiring sentiments to carry us into 2011.

But hurry – sadly this exhibition is only on till 4th January 2011.
